This website, created by the College of American Pathologists, has articles discussing health issues in the news as well as downloadable patient information sheets on a variety of cancers and other health conditions. It also contains a useful patient-oriented glossary of terms and a guideline to help patients understand their pathology reports. 

The American Academy of Dermatology has created a special area on their website for patients. It contains fact sheets and information on a variety of topics including skin safety, care, disease and cancer.

The Skin Cancer Foundation's website not only has information on skin cancer prevention, epidemiology, diagnosis, and treatment, but also has patient-friendly downloadable fact sheets.

The American Cancer Society's website contains a wealth of information on all cancer types. It also includes information about ongoing clinical trials.



The Melanoma Research Foundation's website has a section dedicated to patients, which includes information about ongoing clinical trials and melanoma treatment centers.
